Contact us to discuss your requirement. During this first consultation, we will gather information about your project and develop an understanding of your vision. At this time, we will also define your budget, discuss the possibilities to work within that and provide an estimated date of delivery dependant on the workload.
Developing your Idea
We will ask you to provide example images that best portray the desired end result. For entirely bespoke pieces, we will ask for images of the different elements if these are available. The specifications will be agreed and finalised after which we will provide a quotation.

The Making
Our one-to-one approach means that, as our client, you have our full attention throughout the creation of your bespoke piece. We initiate the process and take you on a journey with regular updates and photos of your jewellery at each stage.
Delivery
On completion, we will arrange a time and location for the handover. Should you require an evaluation certificate for insurance purposes, this can be provided upon request prior to delivery. As always at BDF, client satisfaction is key and we remain at your service for the aftercare and maintenance of your precious jewellery.
